As we explained to you when it was made official, the Realme GT 2 Pro has a solid technical sheet. It offers a 6.7-inch Amoled LTPO 2 panel, which displays in 3216 x 1140 pixels and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. It benefits from a dynamic image refresh capable of climbing up to 120 Hz, which is supposed to save the battery.

Under the latter, there is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, coupled with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of storage. The brand highlights a stainless steel heat sink to cool the whole thing.

The photo part is ambitious on this tariff segment

The photo part turns out to be quite ambitious. The device has a 50-megapixel wide-angle, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle (at 150°) and a microscopic sensor whose operation is similar to that of the Oppo Find X3 Pro. This is not the only similarity since the main module is a Sony IMX766, which is also found on the latter.

Autonomy is ensured by a 5000 mAh accumulator accompanied by a fast charge at 65 W. Enough to refuel in half an hour. The whole thing runs on Android 12 and the Realme UI 3.0 overlay.

The smartphone is available today from €749.99 (8/128 GB) and €849.99 (12/256 GB), on the Realme site, and on March 11 from other merchants.

A more affordable version

The firm also unveiled the price and technical data sheet of the Realme GT 2, a more affordable smartphone, but with a particularly interesting price-quality ratio. The device is equipped with an Amoled E4 panel, which does not offer the same dynamic refresh rate as its cousin.
