MWC 2022 – Samsung will hold an online conference on the eve of the show

The Mobile World Congress 2022 agenda is slowly filling up. Samsung has thus announced that it will hold an online conference on the eve of the show, the program of which has yet to be specified.

Ten days from the opening of its doors, the Mobile World Congress is just beginning to have a clear agenda. Samsung now joins the few brands that have announced, if not their physical presence at the Barcelona mobile show, at least their activity there. The South Korean will host an online event, broadcast February 27 at 7 p.m. on his website and social media. It counts on this occasion “redefining the future of the way we work and learn”.

The visual accompanying the invitation does not really allow you to learn more. He is content to show Galaxy Z Flip 3, Z Fold 3 or Galaxy S22 Ultra – the latter will be officially marketed two days before the conference – accompanied by tablets and a Galaxy Watch. Insofar as all of these devices are still very recent, it seems unlikely that the conference will welcome new products from these ranges. But the colors chosen by the manufacturer evoke the Bespoke editions of the brand’s mobiles, presented last October. From there to think that Samsung intends to extend its customization option to new product categories, there is only one step.

Recall, however, that various smartphones from the manufacturer are currently the subject of pressing rumors. This is particularly the case with the Galaxy A53, called to take over from a successful Galaxy A52s, but also from its more affordable versions. It would therefore not be surprising to see them make their debut at the Mobile World Congress.
