“My friends don’t understand”: Alice Pol’s revelations about her isolated life among animals


Alice Pol confided in an exclusive interview granted to Paris Match and published on Friday June 3, 2022. The opportunity for her to approach her quiet life, far from Paris.

Revealed to the general public in 2014 in the film Superchondriacalongside Dany Boon, Alice Pol is now filming. While the French actress is currently showing in That’s wonderful !she confided in an interview with Paris MatchFriday, June 3.

The 39-year-old woman, who revealed to have always wanted to become a shepherdessaddressed in particular his life far from the capital, closer to the animals. “I left Paris almost six years ago to settle in an isolated house an hour from Marseille. I have two dogs, two cats, five goats, three sheep, and I had chickens, but they were eaten by a fox.” she revealed. A quiet life she has long kept secret. Indeed, Alice Pol explained that at the beginning, she did not dare to speak about this aspect of her life, outside of the cinema.

Alice Pol: “With this life, I feel like I’m flying from time to time”.

If the one who grew up in Marseilles confided that she often returned to Paris, she would not leave her life today for anything in the world. “I need to do my shopping, go to the vet, walk for hours in nature, take the time to chat with people to feed my roles“ she confided before continuing by explaining that it happened to him to take the train to Paris to forget your worries. “With this life, I feel like I’m stealing from time to time” she said.

Finally, Alice Pol explained that this way of life away from the spotlight suited him very well and didn’t scare him at all. “My friends don’t understand how I can live so isolated!“ she concluded with humor.
