The online bank N26 is affected by a disruption. Customers have been reporting this to us on our fault indicator since around 10:20 a.m. The login to the service is particularly affected. However, the use of the app also seems to be limited.
The fault reports reach us from all over Germany, but the problems are increasing in the metropolitan regions of Berlin, Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main. It is not yet known what caused the disruption. However, as the online bank reports on Twitter, a fix is already being worked on at full speed.
