N26: Some problems with the online bank

Numerous readers report to our fault reporter on Monday afternoon that the N26 banking app is not working properly for them. The main problems are with online banking. But login and the app don’t seem to work properly.

So far, there has been no official statement on the disruption. However, since maintenance work is being carried out at Postbank and problems are also occurring at Volksbank, it could be a matter of a routine outage at the beginning of the year.

So there’s only one thing left to do at the moment: wait and see. As soon as there are new findings, we will inform you about them here.
