N26: Users have problems logging into the banking app

N26

The banking app N26 has a problem this Monday morning. Users report that there are major difficulties, especially with the login.

Over 1500 users reported to us on Monday morning that the N26 banking app was not working properly for them. The main problems are with the login, which is why it is not even possible for many to register with the service.

Other issues that are currently being reported to us concern the apps for Android and iOS. Online banking doesn’t seem to be running smoothly either. On the official N26 Twitter support page the operators have not yet commented on the disruption.

So there’s only one thing left to do at the moment: wait and see. You can find out at any time whether the online banking service is now working smoothly again via our fault indicator for N26.
