(United Kingdom), acting on behalf of clients and funds which it manages, declared having crossed upwards, on August 31, 2023, the threshold of 5% of the company’s capital Nanobiotix, and hold 1,756,253 shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 5.04% of the capital and 4.80% of the voting rights of Nanobiotix, following an acquisition of shares on the market.
