Nanterre: end of the run for the man suspected of having raped two septuagenarians and a little girl


NARRATIVE – This Congolese marginal was arrested by the police when he had just stepped over a gate at the Gare de Lyon, in Paris. He was imprisoned on Saturday September 10.

The police were probably expecting to check a small queue jumper. They actually came across a “big fish“. Friday, September 9, around 7:30 a.m., the staff of the Ile-de-France network brigade (BRF) saw a man jump over the gantry in the RER hall at the Gare de Lyon. The officials then decide to control the individual, who heads for line 1 of the metro.

The man has no papers but gives a name. The police then realize that the individual is targeted by a search sheet. Known to the police, this 37-year-old Congolese marginal has a psychiatric history. He was immediately handed over to the Nanterre judicial police and placed in police custody.
