Even at the age of 50, Naomi Campbell does not seem to have one gram too much on her ribs. Your body is the result of iron discipline and a strict diet. The British supermodel only eats a single meal a day, as it recently admitted. Campbell's personal chef, Sean John, now reveals even more details in an interview with Page Six, the gossip portal of the New York Post.

"I've been cooking for her for over ten years. She has her own things at home, but I prepare a really good meal a day for her, and it's super clean and really healthy," said the Jamaican-born. "Naomi is an 'ital'. This is a Jamaican word for someone who eats clean and vegetarian".

So-called "clean eating" deliberately avoids heavily processed products with artificial additives. "If she travels privately, I also prepare something for her. She doesn't eat plane food," continues the cook. Eating out is also difficult at Campbell.

None of the card

For example, if the catwalk beauty is a guest in Sean John's restaurant – he runs two in London – she always gets something individually cooked. "Then she says: 'Do something to me, but nothing from the card.' So it's always a very creative process. " Other no-gos for the 50-year-old include dairy products, chicken or gluten. Instead, there is a lot of fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and eggs.
