For the widow of Jean-Pierre Pernaut, the summer holidays were very emotional. While she was spending a few days in Egypt, Nathalie Marquay saw the “look-alike” of her late husband.

33 years after their first meeting, Nathalie Marquay had to face the death of her husband. After battling lung cancer, the iconic presenter of TF1’s 1 p.m. newscast could not win this ultimate fight. Jean-Pierre Pernaut left behind his wife and their two children, as well as his eldest son and daughter. Since, the members of the Pernaut family come to terms with their loss in their own way: Lou Pernaut has decided to leave the family home to fly on his own and Thomas Pernaut pays tribute to his father on the car circuits.

For her part, Nathalie Marquay, who firmly believes in the support of her husband from the afterlife, especially since the signs he would have sent her a few days after his death, revealed a strange photo. On vacation in Egypt, the former Miss France shared an Instagram story in which we see a man seated at a cafe terrace. Zooming in, the image, the 1987 beauty queen was seized by the resemblance to Jean-Pierre Pernaut.
