Nathalie Marquay shares a beautiful tribute from the fairgrounds of Amiens to Jean-Pierre Pernaut, 4 months after his disappearance.

On March 2, 2022, France learned of the death of the great presenter Jean-Pierre Pernaut. The famous journalist is died at the age of 71, he was suffering from inoperable lung cancer. Famous for his outspokenness, he conquered the French with his singular style and forever marked the French audiovisual landscape. The day of his death, his wife, Nathalie Marquay had shared a photo of a black frame to announce the death of her husband. A post that aroused a wave of emotion the father of Tom, Lou, Olivier and Julien was so loved.

Four months after his disappearance, the tributes continue to follow one another. This Wednesday July 6, Nathalie Marquay shared a beautiful tribute from the fairgrounds of Amiens on his Instagram account. “Thank you to the showmen so dear to the heart of Jean-Pierre for this magnificent tribute at each entry to the Foire de la Saint-Jean, in Amiens” can we read in the caption of his post. On the photo, we discover a banner of the fair with writing on it “Fair of Saint-Jean Amiens. This edition is dedicated to Jean-Pierre Pernaut”. As a reminder, the famous journalist is born and raised in this city in the north of France.
