tsf. According to provisional calculations, the Swiss National Bank (SNB) expects a profit of around CHF 26 billion for the 2021 financial year. As the SNB announced on Friday, income from foreign currency positions contributed almost CHF 26 billion. On the other hand, there was a valuation loss of 0.1 billion Swiss francs on the gold holdings. The success on the Swiss franc positions amounted to a good 1 billion francs.
