Maps and infographics, showing how the projects unfold on the ground, will enrich the site in the fall. “The idea is to get away from the logic of major consultations” and “that the site grow with them” (the citizens), with “real-time feed (of the site)” with a view to “building the public action in real time”, it is specified.
Two thematic CNRs launched this Monday
By launching the CNR on September 8 in Marcoussis (Essonne), the president Emmanuel Macron had announced the launch of a “very broad national consultation” online and on the ground to put the French “within the great choices of the nation”. Two thematic and territorial CNRs on school and health are also launched on Monday, pending other CNRs on old age or ecological transition.
The CNR on health will take place in Sarthe. That on education will begin with a training on Monday of representatives of the academies at the Ministry of Education. Then Minister Pap Ndiaye will visit schools in Eure-et-Loir and Martinique. The CNR, supposed to mobilize the living forces of the country, but shunned at its launch by the oppositions and certain unions, must meet again in plenary by December.
“Give power back to those who do”
Four thematic CNRs will look at “the major transitions”, ecological, demographic, transition of the productive model and social model, and the future of work, to which will be added three other CNRs on housing, youth, and digital technology. “It is not the ministry alone that conducts the work. It works with all the actors from the diagnosis to the development of solutions”, underlines one at the Elysée.
The second stage of the CNR concerns “territorial” CNRs, such as school and health, to “give back power to those who do, on the ground”.
