SC Bern – HC Lugano 3-1
Here you can read the game in the ticker.
The game: Lugano conceded the fifth bankruptcy in a row, again only scored a single goal. Related actions? In short supply! Mark Arcobello, who has been waiting for a goal for eight games, and Raphael Herburger can go alone, but fail in front of Bern keeper Philip Wüthrich. It is the best actions of the Ticino people who let even a five-minute outnumber situation pass unused.
Bern’s Dominik Kahun conceded a remainder due to a check against the head of the Ticino Alatalo. But Lugano’s power play defies description. Barely complete, Bern decides the game with a double punch within 26 seconds. Jan Neuenschwand meets for the first time since April after a hair-raising disc loss from Calvin Thürkauf. Then defender Mika Henauer skorts after failing before Leland Irving.
Because Kaspars Daugavins – the Latvian broke his arm and is missing four to six weeks – is now out at SCB, Tristan Scherwey moves into the first line. It is from her that there is the greatest risk of scoring. But it takes 38 minutes to make it 1-0. Christian Thomas comes to a conclusion completely free in front of the Lugano gate.
Gates: 38th Thomas (Untersander, Scherwey) 1-0. 56. Neuenschwander (Thomas) 2-0. 57. Henauer (Conacher, Moser) 3-0. 57. Nodari (Morini) 3: 1.

HC Ambri-Piotta – HC Davos 2: 3
Here you can read the game in the ticker.
The game: Davos also beats Ambri and has four wins in a row again. A hard piece of work against the aggressive Ticino, who four minutes before the end by Bürgler to allegedly equalize. Presumably because the Graubünden coaching staff had the goal checked for an offside position for the goalscorer. Successfully.
Then Ambri presses the equalizer with the courage of desperation, but the crowbar is not enough as a stylistic device to embarrass the HCD defense with the well-humored Gilles Senn in goal.
The difference between the newly crowned championship leaders Davos and Ambri? The efficiency. Senn is covered with a real hard rubber thunderstorm: Lots of shots, but hardly any surprises. Even in the power play, Ambri lacks the brilliant ideas. What that means? Harmless puck attachment, locks at the wrong moment.
For Davos, the Bromé line with Stransky and Rasmussen decides the game after Ambri had pressed for the decisive goal for a long time. (DK)
Gates: 3. Bürgler (home) 1: 0. 18. Corvi 1: 1. 34. Stransky (Bromé, Nygren / PP2) 1: 2. 37. Z. Dotti (D’Agostini) 2: 2. 56.Bromé (Rasmussen, Stransky) 2: 3.
*** Mathias Bromé (Davos)
** Matej Stransky (Davos)
EV Zug – SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers 0: 3
The game: The Lakers make a quick start and shock the Zug masters after just 22 seconds. The EVZ gets to feel that they have developed into a stubborn opponent who has already caused problems for many big clubs or has ended their series (Friborg, Davos). This could also happen to Zug after eight successes in a row.
Because the SCRJ plays it so cleverly and compactly that it has it under control in all zones. They hardly have time to build up the game properly, the Lakers are constantly putting pressure on them. Or do magic. Like top scorer Cervenka, who left EVZ defender Kreis. Because everyone in Zug admires the Czech’s stick art, nobody notices how Sataric gets into the final position and uses the brilliant pass to make it 2-0. Zug is actually having a hard time, putting too little pressure on the Lakers goal, which Bader is guarding for the first time since the end of September. Albrecht has top-class players (24th, 35th) to expand the lead.
The increasingly annoyed Zugers step up a gear – but the Lakers pull it with the hit to make it 3-0. The EVZ simply cannot find a solution to pose serious problems for the SCRJ. Thus, Zug’s winning streak ended, and Rappi won for the sixth time in a row. (NV)
Gates: 1. (0:22) Wick (thinner) 0: 1. 10. Sataric (Cervenka, Djuse) 0: 2. 47. Wick (Vouradoux) 0-3.
