Nature's Cereal is so healthy

"Nature's Cereal aids digestion and provides plenty of energy. After this breakfast I could run a marathon!" Explains the inventor of breakfast on TikTok. But what is behind these statements?

In fact, berries contain a lot of fiber, which can have a positive effect on digestion. A sufficient supply of fluid also supports the natural function of the intestinal tract – with Nature's Cereal, coconut water contributes to the water supply.

Low-sugar berries like blackberries and blueberries are among the main ingredients in Nature's Cereal and are quite healthy. They contain lots of vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances that protect cells. Berries are also low in calories: 100 grams contain around 44 calories. Nevertheless, thanks to the fiber they contain, they fill you up quickly.
