Crosby was seen as the head of security on the Enterprise from 1987 to 1994. After that she appeared in numerous series, but without staying long. This led to episode roles in “Baywatch”, “The X-Files”, “Dexter”, “Bones” and “The Walking Dead”. She stayed a little longer with “Suits” and “Ray Donovan”. And she has also appeared several times in the “NCIS” universe: in 2002 in “JAG – On behalf of the honor” and in 2019 in “NCIS: Los Angeles”.
Now she played the United States Secretary of the Navy in the latest episode of “NCIS”, something like the Secretary of the Navy. As a result, security codes were stolen, with which all surveillance and attack drones of the US military can be controlled. Denise Crosby aka Hattie Taylor advises Neuchef Parker’s team that it will take 36 hours to renew these codes. That is how long the country is exposed to the threat of drones.
