NCIS actress suffers severe stroke

Problems made public. Pauley Perrette is a well-known face in the world of fiction. For 15 years, the American actress played the role of Abigail Sciuto in the series NCIS. If since she left the show in 2018, she has spoken many times to talk about the series and denounce the behavior of some of her colleagues, she again addressed her fans to talk to them about a health concern.

This Friday, September 2, Pauley Perrette posted a video on her Twitter account in which she says she survived a stroke. “Today is September 2. A year ago I had a severe stroke. Before that I lost beloved family and friends. And dad. And then my cousin Wayne”she says, before explaining that she always managed to get her head above water in the face of these terrible ordeals. “Yet I still survive in the face of this traumatic life that has been given to me so far… And I’m still so grateful, I still have faith and I’m still here.”

“I’ve been through a lot in the past two years”

With her fans, the 53-year-old actress revealed to them other traumas. “I’m still here, still and forever. How many times have I escaped death? I almost died from hair dye allergy, I have food allergies, I survived violence servants and a rape, I was assaulted by a crazy homeless man and I almost passed out, but I’m still here”. And to add: “I’m here and I feel good. I’ve been through a lot in the past two years, things harder than a stroke. But I’m still here and I’m very grateful. Thank you to all my friends who support me.” A message filled with hope for a future which, we hope for her, will be much happier.
