NCIS: bad news for fans of the series

While the crossover between “NCIS: special investigations”, “NCIS Los Angeles” and “NCIS: Hawaii” was to be broadcast at the beginning of January, the American channel CBS announced a change of program which is likely to disappoint fans.

Bad news for NCIS fans. The broadcast of the franchise crossover event that will see the heroes of NCIS: Special Investigations, NCIS Los Angeles and NCIS Hawaii come together for three exceptional episodes has been postponed.

The American channel CBS has indeed announced last night that the crossover which was originally to be offered on Monday, January 2, would be shifted by one week. It will therefore be necessary to wait until January 9 to discover this investigation spread over 3 episodes.

This crossover, sold by CBS as a “One Night Event”, will begin in episode 10 of season 20 of NCIS, titled “Too Many Cooks“. Agents from the Washington, Los Angeles and Hawaiian teams gather in Washington to celebrate the retirement of a much-loved instructor. Unfortunately, they will be forced to join forces to investigate the unexpected suicide of this last.

For the occasion, the actors of the parent series will be able to give the reply to Chris O’Donnell (Callen), LL Cool J (Sam), Vanessa Lachey (Jane Tennant) and Noah Mills (Jesse Boone) who will appear as guests in this episode.

The plot will then continue in “DeepFake“, episode 9 of season 2 of NCIS Hawaii, in which Jane Tennant, Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen of NCIS) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J of NCIS Los Angeles) will be captured by a CIA agent who quest for information.

It’s in the final chapter of the crossover (NCIS Los Angeles Season 14 Episode 9, “A Long Time Coming“) that this extraordinary investigation will reach its climax, with the discovery by Fatima Namazi (Medalion Rahimi) and Devin Roundtree (Caleb Castille) of an even greater threat: the head of each member of NCIS has been put on a bounty to $200,000 on the dark web.

For the moment, we do not know when and how this crossover will be offered in France. M6 has the broadcasting rights for the three series, but the channel has not yet broadcast season 12 of NCIS Los Angeles.
