NCIS Hawaii: we know when the new series of the franchise will be broadcast on M6

M6 has just revealed the broadcast date of “NCIS: Hawaii”, a newcomer to the “NCIS” franchise. Worn by Vanessa Lachey, the detective series takes us to the paradisiacal Hawaiian islands.

After several months of waiting, NCIS: Hawaii finally arrives on M6, on Saturday February 18 from 9:10 p.m. Good news for fans of the NCIS franchise who will finally be able to discover the third spin-off of the chain’s flagship detective series. And after Los Angeles and New Orleans, it was therefore in Hawaii that the CBS teams decided to set up their cameras.

Worn by Vanessa Lachey, whom we previously saw in Beverly Hills: BH90210, NCIS: Hawaii follows a new team of special agents, who work this time at the Pearl Harbor office, in the heart of the Hawaiian Islands. It is the special agent Jane Tennant, a single mother torn between her professional life and her family responsibilities, who is at the head of the NCIS Pearl team.

To carry out her investigations, the heroine camped by Vanessa Lachey, who is also the first woman to lead a series in the NCIS franchise, is surrounded by agents Kai Holman, Jesse Boone, Lucy Tara and Ernie Malik, played respectively by Alex Tarrant (The Rings of Power), Noah Mills (Sex and the City 2), Yasmine Al-Bustami (The Originals) and Jason Antoon (Claws).

Launched in early September 2021 on CBS, NCIS: Hawaii very quickly met with great success, with more than 8 million viewers in total, which allowed the detective series to be renewed for a season 2, broadcast for a few months on the American channel.

This success offsets the announcement of the cancellation, on January 21, of NCIS: Los Angeles, which will bow out on May 14 on CBS after 14 seasons. The series had indeed seen its scores drop sharply over the years, pushing the channel to make the decision to stop the fees.

For the most impatient, season 1 of NCIS: Hawaii is already available in full on the Salto streaming platform. For others, see you on Saturday February 18 on M6.
