(CercleFinance.com) – Neoen announces the signing with an investment service provider (PSI) of a mandate for the repurchase of a maximum of 100,000 securities from March 1 to 29, with a theoretical maximum amount of funds intended for this program of 2.8 million euros.
The purpose of this operation is the acquisition of securities with a view to their delivery within the framework of expiring free share plans, and the allocation or transfer of shares to employees as part of their participation in the fruits of expansion of the business.
