(CercleFinance.com) – Nestlé announces the departure of François-Xavier Roger after eight years as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, to pursue new professional opportunities, as well as the appointment of Anna Manz, to succeed him as Chief Financial Officer.
Anna Manz will take up her new position at the Swiss agribusiness group as soon as she is released from her current role as chief financial officer and member of the board of directors of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).
From then on, she will also become a member of the management of Nestlé as general manager. To ensure a smooth transition, François-Xavier Roger will remain in his post until the arrival of the new director.
