Net price promise with DeutschlandCard
Personally, I’m always a saver and try to save always and everywhere. For me, it’s always part of the process to show the DeutschlandCard when shopping online to get discounted prices and collect points. However, using the DeutschlandCard at Netto is currently even more worthwhile. Because all customers who present the card at Netto are entitled to the now frozen prices of 200 items.
All products and their prices that are affected are listed on the Netto website (look at Netto). If the prices in Promotion period until July 31, 2022 increase, you will be charged the lower price if you show your DeutschlandCard. If one of the products is on offer and is cheaper than the frozen price, you will be charged the lower price. So you win either way. You either pay the frozen price or keep the lower price on offer – but no more for two months.
The frozen prices at Netto do not only apply in the store itself, but also also in the online shop. There, Netto has frozen the prices of 20 products (look at Netto). These are the maximum prices you pay, even if one of the products suddenly becomes more expensive again.

If you look at the frozen prices at Netto, they are sometimes very high. However, they will not rise any further due to the inflation stop. As an absolute bargain hunter, I would still recommend looking through all the offers from the nearby discounters and then buying where it is cheapest. The best thing to do then is to ride a bike, like I did last time. This saves fuel directly. Or you can use the 9 euro ticket.
