Netflix: after Stranger Things, David Harbor plays the pet ghosts in this improbable trailer

Netflix has unveiled the trailer for its new original production “We Have a Ghost”, a ghost film with a pitch that is more fun than scary.

Who said all ghost movies are made to scare the hell out of us? Proof of this is We Have a Ghost, a fantastic comedy by Christopher Landon (Happy Birthdead) featuring the adventures of a family moving into a house haunted by a mute ghost, named Ernest.

Rather than spoil the lives of the new inhabitants of the house he occupies, the latter will befriend a teenager, Kevin, before being adopted by the whole family. But very quickly, the news of Ernest’s existence will spread throughout the city, attracting more or less sane curious people, but also government agents ready to do anything to get their hands on this friendly ghost.

In the cast of this film with a totally crazy synopsis, we find David Harbor (Stranger Things) in the role of Ernest and Jahi Winston (The Violent Heart) in the skin of Kevin, but also Anthony Mackie (Falcon and the Soldier of the winter), Jennifer Coolidge (The White Lotus) or even Tig Notaro (Star Trek Discovey).

The film We Have a Ghost is scheduled to be released exclusively on Netflix on February 24.
