Resident Evil (07/14): After seven films in the cinema and an animated series Resident Evil Infinite Darkness, the famous video game franchise created by Capcom is entitled to a live action series adaptation for the first time. Resident Evil – The Series is not a sequel to the adventures of Alice, the heroine played by Milla Jovovich, but a brand new story, featuring young teenage protagonists, investigating the secrets of the multinational Umbrella Corporation responsible for the creation and spread of the terrible T-Virus.
The series is overseen by Andrew Dabb, writer of many Supernatural episodes. Its cast includes Lance Reddick, well known to fans of TheWire and fringebut also young actors Ella Balinska, Tamara Smart and Siena Agudong.
