An effective and immersive thriller
With more than a million and a half admissions in cinemas, Le Chant du Loup was one of the surprise successes of 2019. This first feature film by Antonin Baudry proved that France had nothing to envy the Americans in terms of action movies.
A former diplomat at the ministry, the director first distinguished himself in the world of comics with Quai d’Orsaywhich has also been adapted for the cinema in a film of the same name by Bertrand Tavernier in 2013.
