This button, which appeared just below the profile, allowed the subscriber to launch a random program. Finally, not really random since Netflix was based on the algorithm and the tastes of the user to offer him a tailor-made title. If you haven’t used this feature, you’re not really alone.
As explained by wall street journal, the platform chose to make this insert disappear overnight, without really communicating on it. The reason ? Subscribers did not use it.
According to a Netflix spokesperson, users log into their account having just an idea of the program to watch and do not really seek to be accompanied.
