It’s Netflix’s sexiest and most endless series: Élite is back for a seventh season on the platform. Spanish fiction no longer has much in common with its beginnings, between departures, returns, new characters and even crazier intrigues.

How many episodes for season 7 of Élite?
As with the previous six seasons, the seventh season of Élite consists of 8 episodes. These new chapters last around fifty minutes each.
Casting: who left and who returns in season 7 of Élite?
Season 7 of Élite marks the return of the new main characters of the series, such as Isadora (Valentina Zenere), Iván (André Lamoglia), Sara (Carmen Arrufat), Raúl (Alex Pastrana), Dídac (Álvaro De Juana), Nico (Ander Puig) and Sonia (Nadia Al Saidi).
But surprise, a veteran well-known to fans is making a comeback in the series! This is the character of Omar, played by actor Omar Ayuso, who had left Élite at the end of season 5.

Fans must, on the other hand, say goodbye to certain characters, who do not return in this seventh season. This is the case of Benjamín (Diego Martín), Ari (Carla Díaz), Mencía (Martina Cariddi), Patrick (Manu Ríos) and Cruz (Carloto Cotta).
Casting: who are the new actors in season 7 of Élite?
The new season of the Spanish series also marks the arrival of new colorful characters who will add even more spice to these new episodes.
Fans will thus be able to discover Chloe (Mirela Balic), Eric (Gleb Abrosimov), Joel (Fernando Líndez seen in Skam España), Dalmar (Iván Mendes), Luis (Alejandro Albarracín seen in Borgia and Breathe), Carmen (Maribel Verdú, seen in Y tu mamá también and The Flash) but also Isadora’s father, played by Leonardo Sbaraglia (Pain and Glory, Cuban Network and Bird Box: Barcelona).
Furthermore, season 7 of Elite welcomes a huge celebrity: Anitta, singer, dancer, model, actress, businesswoman and Brazilian presenter, who plays a coach and self-defense teacher.

What is the plot of Elite season 7?
The Elite gang is still recovering from the tragic events at the end of season 6, between car accidents and death, which will inevitably have terrible consequences for the students.
In this new season, Omar starts a new life at university, far from Las Encinas, but cannot turn the page. Still very present, the guilt he feels for Samuel’s death and the suffering born from this period lead him to undertake therapy. Taking advantage of an internship, he decides to return to the school where everything happened to face his demons.
Through his journey, we will realize that the other students are also prey to their own torments. Season 7 of Elite addresses mental health and shows how most of us neglect it out of fear or ignorance.
