Following the conclusion of the sale agreement announced on February 10, Netgem and Nordnet confirm the finalization of this sale with effect from April 1, 2023.
The transfer to Nordnet of the 10,000 subscribers to the Fiber Videofutur offer will be carried out in compliance with the technical and contractual conditions from which they have benefited until now, with no impact in particular on the price of the subscription and the associated services, in particular the television service operated by Netgem
.
Subscribers will also be able to be offered additional services at a later stage thanks to the recognized expertise in this area of Nordnet, an access provider for more than 25 years and a subsidiary of the Orange group.
