(Boursier.com) — Netgem signed an agreement to sell its consumer fiber operator business in France to Nordnet, a subsidiary of the Orange group.
Netgem will continue to provide its netgem.tv television service to Nordnet for all divested subscribers.
The turnover and the gross margin of the divested activity amounted to 4.7 ME and 1.4 ME respectively in 2022.
This sale will have a positive impact in cash of around 3 ME, “the use of which will be the subject of a future communication”, indicates the company.
