(Boursier.com) — The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of Netgem was held on May 25 at the head office under the chairmanship of Joseph Haddad, Chairman of the Board of Directors. Shareholder participation reached 54.69% of voting shares, representing 143 shareholders.
They approved all the resolutions, with the exception of resolution no. 18, following the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
In particular, the shareholders decided to pay a dividend of 0.05 euro per share, ex-dividend on June 7 and payable on June 9.
