The series by Mindy Kaling (“The Office”) begins its final season about the life of high school student Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan).

Season 4 marks the beginning of Devi’s senior year in high school with her best friends Fabiola (Lee Rodriguez) and Eleanor (“Legends of Tomorrow” actress Ramona Young). That means lots of exams and college applications. But Devi is already fully occupied when it comes to love.

How will the love triangle between her, Ben (Jaren Lewison) and Paxton (Darren Barnet) continue? Who will Devi ultimately choose? The whole thing becomes even more complicated with a new addition. New student Ethan (“Love, Victor” star Michael Cimino) impresses Devi and her friends and could cause conflict between the girls.

Devi’s family life also remains complicated. Her mother Nalini (“Big Little Lies” star Poorna Jagannathan) is thinking about getting back into dating when she meets the friendly Len (“Babylon” actor Jeff Garlin). Devi may have problems with that.
