The suspect denies the facts

The victim, who was lost, says he was approached around 7 p.m. by a 32-year-old man. The latter allegedly drove her to the apartment of a friend with whom he was staying and then allegedly raped her. The young girl finally managed to escape before taking refuge in a bar, where she gave the alert.

The people present in the bar managed to detain the suspect before the arrival of the police shortly before 8 p.m. The accused denies the rape and evokes “a consensual relationship”.
