Daniel Peretz should strengthen FC Bayern between the posts. The new keeper also brings a real pop star to Munich.

Israeli goalkeeper talent Daniel Peretz, 23, signed a five-year contract with FC Bayern Munich just last Friday. In addition to his defensive skills in the penalty area, the 23-year-old also brings real glamor to the Bavarian capital. Peretz is in a relationship with Israeli singer Noa Kirel, 22, who took an impressive third place in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

Peretz and Kirel only made their relationship official last Thursday. Before flying to Munich to sign the contract, they were arm in arm at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv for the photographers. And also to Peretz’ first Bayern game in Munich’s Allianz Arena, Kirel accompanied her new friend on Sunday afternoon. Pictures from the stadium show the two hugging in the stands.

Noa Kirel is a big star in Israel

Singer Noa Kirel thrilled at ESC 2023 with her hit “Unicorn”. She put on a brilliant performance on the stage in Liverpool and got one of the best placements for her home country so far. In Israel, however, Kirel was already a big star before her acclaimed ESC performance. At the age of 14 she released her first single “Medabrim”. Later, at the age of 16, she became a member of the jury for the Israeli “Supertalent”. She took home the ‘Best Israeli Act’ trophy four times in a row at the MTV Europe Music Awards, and alongside her singing career, she also works as an actress, model and presenter.

How often FC Bayern Munich fans will actually see Kirel in the Allianz Arena is of course not yet certain. For her first appearance at the stadium, the singer appeared in a white corset top under a simple black blazer. In addition, Kirel combined black trousers with flares and laced ankle boots with block heels in a patent look.
