New compatibilities for Pokémon HOME

The Pokémon Company and Nintendo have just announced the Pokemon HOME version 2.0.0. In addition to the already compatible games, namely Pokémon Sword, Pokémon Shield, Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu, Pokémon: Let’s Go Eevee and Pokémon Go, Trainers will now be able to manage their Pokemon collection from the games Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Pokémon Sparkling Diamond, and Pokémon Sparkling Pearl.

As a reminder, Pokémon HOME is a cloud service for Nintendo Switch and mobile devices that brings together all your Pokémon. Thanks to Pokémon HOME, you can move Pokémon between the different compatible games and exchange them at any time.

To celebrate the addition of new compatible games, special Pokémon will be offered to those who deposit Pokémon from these games.

  • Brindibou, Héricendre and Moustillon will be offered as Mystery Gifts in the mobile version of Pokémon HOME for people depositing a Pokémon originating from Pokémon Legends: Arceus. They will have their stress levels at their maximum.
  • Tortipouss, Ouisticram and Piplouf will be offered as Mystery Gifts in the mobile version of Pokémon HOME for people depositing a Pokémon originating from Pokémon Sparkling Diamond or Pokémon Sparkling Pearl. They will be endowed with their hidden talents.

As Pokémon Legends: Arceus takes place in a past version of the Pokémon world, modern Pokéballs from other games don’t yet exist. Thereby, Pokémon caught in other games will appear in Strange Balls. Conversely, Pokémon transferred from Arceus to another version will appear in normal PokéBalls.

Finally, these additions allow Trainers to obtain new stickers by completing achievements or fulfilling certain conditions. This version 2.0.0 therefore adds new achievements.
