While some players are still struggling to buy a PS5, Sony has just unveiled new products to customize the console. Three new colors are coming to make his PS5 more dazzling than ever.
The facelift of the PS5 continues. Last January, Sony pulled the rug out from several retailers by launching its own faceplates. The concept is simple, you change the plates of your console to give it a new look. After Cosmic Red (red) and Midnight Black (black), there are three new colors.
Three new PS5 faceplates
They will not surprise anyone, since they are the same shades as the latest versions of DualSense. Starting June 17, players will be able to purchase PS5 faceplates with these new colors, namely Galactic Purple (purple), Starlight Blue (blue) and Nova Pink (pink). Like the previous ones, these faceplates will first be available in the PlayStation Direct store for 55 euros. They will then arrive in the course of this same month at the usual retailers, or even at the latest in mid-July.
An initiative that will delight fans of customization, collectors or simply those who wish to harmonize their console with their controller. In the meantime, many players are still struggling to get their hands on a PS5, and if we are to believe Intel, the shortage of semiconductors, and therefore the inventory problems, are not ready to get better.
