More than twice as much vacancy in Leoben
Currently, 3.2 percent of the shops in Graz city center are empty, 0.8 percent less than last year. For comparison: Klagenfurt has a vacancy rate of nine percent, Linz four percent and the second largest Styrian city, Leoben, around 8 percent. This puts the mining town among the five highest vacancy rates in the survey.
