komoot has a new route sharing feature. We’ll explain how you can use the feature to quickly transfer tours to your cell phone.
The tour app komoot regularly receives new functions that simplify and improve handling. Most recently, for example, the platform integrated a new discover function for tours, which you can use to see popular routes in your area directly on the map.
Anyone planning komoot routes on the PC may be familiar with the “Send to device” option. This makes it possible to send the tours to a compatible Garmin device, such as a bike computer, which is used for navigation. Now komoot has expanded the feature. You can now plan routes on your computer and then send them to your smartphone.
All you have to do is install the komoot app on your phone. You must also be logged in with the same user account. We explain below how to use the new function.
