While 2022 is off to a pretty good start for the Japanese firm with the release of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, a Nintendo Direct is planned to reveal its content. Or at least to evoke the games planned for the first half of the year.
Appointment is made on February 9, 2022 at 11:00 p.m. (French time) for this live. It will be broadcast live on Nintendo France’s YouTube channel. Lasting 40 minutes, the latter will be mainly devoted to releases from the beginning of the year. But that doesn’t mean there won’t be other elements present. Like for example some of the games expected in the second half.
Games whose release is already dated will most certainly be present. We can easily cite Triangle Strategy from Square Enix or even Kirby and the Forgotten World. But also Chocobo GP, Demon Slayer: Hinokami Chronicles whose date has been made official recently, or even Advance Wars 1+2 Reboot which was pushed back to the second quarter.
This is all just guesswork. This does not in any way exclude the possibility of having news of Splatoon 3, Bayonetta 3, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, Metal Slug Tactics… See even from Breath of the Wild 2 Where Mario Kart 9.
