In March 2021, a new album by pop singer Vanessa Mai will be released. The single "Mitternacht" already gives a foretaste.
With her single "Sommerwind" Vanessa Mai (28) gave a first foretaste of her seventh album "Mai Tai", which should be available from March 2021. Now there is another sample: The pop singer is doing common cause with rapper Fourty (24, "Weißer Rauch") and is releasing her new single "Mitternacht" – an effortless interplay of hip-hop, hits and pop.
The studio album "Mai Tai" will contain ten other songs in addition to "Summer Wind" and "Midnight" and combine the various genres. The album title is a play on words from the singer's surname and the popular long drink. "The album will be a colorful cocktail", Vanessa Mai already reveals. "When writing the songs, certain feelings kept coming up: freedom, joie de vivre, love, light-heartedness, longing and of course a shot of brave lime!"

As with the entire album, Vanessa Mai was also involved in the single "Midnight" as a writer and songwriter. An exact release date for the album has not yet been set, the single feat. However, Fourty is available now.
