New takeover – Eisenwerk Sulzau has found a new chef

The canteen and inn of the ironworks in Werfen-Tenneck have a new tenant. A Salzburg head chef has decided on the small but fine company restaurant and company for everyone.

He was chef de cuisine at the traditional Wernbacher cafe and at the Triangel restaurant. Now Adem Aktürk has moved from the city of Salzburg to Pongau. The 41-year-old Austro-Turk has been cooking at the Eisenwerk inn since June. He took over the company canteen of the Werfen roller manufacturer, including the attached inn. The foreman Rupert Eibl retired after eight years. Adem Aktürk took over and started in June, but initially only for factory employees. Since July, he and his team have also been cooking for guests from outside. Down-to-earth classics are on the menu with a modern twist, as are vegetarian dishes. Monday to Friday is open. Except for next week: ironworks and inn have company holidays.
