Friday, May 5, 2023:
Publication of corporate accounts, consolidated accounts and cash flow statement. -
Friday, May 26, 2023 at the latest
: Publication of the 2022 financial report including the appendices, the management report of the Management Board, the report on Corporate Governance and the report of the CAC.
The Company’s accounts were published on its website https://www.buy-louer.fr/qui-sommes-nous/infos-invest on May 5 as indicated.
However, given the late transmission of accounting information for the reasons mentioned in the press release of April 27, the audit work could not be finalized before the announced date of May 26, 2023.
Under these conditions, the Company announces a new publication date for its 2022 financial report including the appendices, the management report of the Management Board, the report on Corporate Governance and the report of the CAC, which it will publish no later than June 05, 2023.
