  • Unlike Apple Fitness+, you don’t have to pay extra for the Nike Training Club.

More fitness, less Netflix? If you started the new year with this strict resolution, you can breathe a sigh of relief: With the Nike Training Club, the gym has returned to the streaming service and you can stay in front of the TV right away – but it could still be exhausting.

After all, from bodyweight burn to high-intensity training, the Nike Training Club has a sufficient program to serve the entire audience, from couch potatoes to fitness freaks. You don’t dare to do a half hour workout yet? Then you can choose from programs with a duration of 10 or 20 minutes.

The concept with various professionally presented and instructed workout routines is already known from the Apple service Fitness+. There you can even track your training performance with the Apple Watch – however, in contrast to the Nike Training Club on Netflix, the offer is permanently subject to a fee.
