Will Telegram or special functions of the messenger soon be chargeable? The developers are said to be working on a model called Telegram Premium. In this there should probably be paid additional offers.
Telegram also has to make money. There is currently no advertising in the Messenger app, and this is unlikely to happen. But there are probably extra services that are subject to a fee, which you can then subscribe to as Telegram Premium.

Testing Telegram Beta 8.7.2 found a set of Reactions emoji and stickers marked as Telegram Premium exclusive. Users who select these stickers and reactions will be prompted to register for the service.
No details are known about the program itself, including the price and other benefits at this time. The only question is, who pays for Reactions emoji and stickers?
