The One-Punch Man anime will return in a third season with ever more supercharged characters. Discover their first visuals of the iconic heroes for this sequel!
Among the new flagship representatives of shōnen, we can count on One-Punch Man ! If the manga enjoyed great success online, then on paper, it was the anime that propelled it as a real phenomenon with a devastating first season due to the expertise of the Madhouse studio.
Unfortunately, the anime has since changed hands. Now produced by JC Staff, its second season received a mixed reception due to less punchy production. But this is not about to stop Saitama on screen since he will return in a live-action film and, above all, in a season 3, executed by the same team as the previous one. And there’s something new about it!
Our One-Punch Man heroes are visually illustrated
To tease the next season of One-Punch Man, Crunchyroll is gradually revealing the visuals of the characters, signed Shinjiro Kuroda, character designer. So far, we have been able to get a glimpse of the essential Saitama. Still dressed in her jumpsuit, the protagonist holds her fist forward, ready to fight.
Next, the S-class King was introduced to us. He wears this phlegmatic air that we have known him well since his first appearance. Finally, it was Genos who showed up recently. An indispensable companion of Saitama, class and seriousness never leave him.
We hope to have new visuals very soon. Other superheroes are obviously likely to be presented, but why not hope to find antagonists? Just to whet our appetites before the next season arrives.
However, we don’t have a specific release date for the One-Punch Man sequel yet. Unlike Dragon Ball Daima, Demon Slayer or Fairy Tail, Saitama’s adventures should not be planned for this year.
