If you’ve ever played Pokémon, the concept of a shiny creature should be familiar to you. For the others, we call “shiny” a creature of a different color and rarer than others of the same race. In Hogwarts Legacyyou will quickly discover that it is possible to capture fantastic animals to pamper them in the vivarium of your Room of Requirement. Basically, most fantastic animals are available in several different colors. But among these, each animal can also be found in a rarer color than the others: the famous shiny.

To find out if a fantasy animal is a shiny in Hogwarts Legacy, simply hover the mouse or the central point of the camera over it and look at its name.
