No, Mist Spores are not found on plants in Enshrouded!
You will often be faced with this situation in Enshrouded: you must find a particular resource to be able to progress in your adventure by successfully completing a craft. The problem is that very often, nothing will be told to you about how to collect it.
You will then be left to your own devices and you will have to look for where to find it. This is for example the case of the mist spore which will interest us here. We could then say that the name of the latter gives us quite a clue to find it in game.
