Obtain the Pure Gold Needle
Before you can get your hands on the Needle of Miquella, you will have to search for the Needle of Pure Gold in the world of Elden Ring.
The latter can be obtained by following Millicent’s quest. By talking with Sage Gowry, the latter will ask you to collect the Pure Gold Needle from Commander O’Neil who is located at the Heart of Ivoine in the Caelid region..

Transform the Needle of Pure Gold into the Needle of Miquella
