(CercleFinance.com) – The Board of Directors of Nexans has decided to propose to the General Meeting of May 16, 2024 the renewal of Jane Basson as independent director and the appointment of Tamara de Gruyter as independent director , succeeding Sylvie Jéhanno who is leaving the Council.
In addition, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Tamara de Gruyter as Censor. As such, she will attend all meetings of the Board of Directors and will be held to the same obligations as the directors.
Tamara de Gruyter is President Portfolio Business and member of the executive committee of Wärtsilä, a leading Finnish company.
