(CercleFinance.com) – The company New Port declared to the AMF that it individually crossed downwards, on June 1, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Nexity and individually hold 2,532,611 shares Nexity representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 4.51% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an off-market sale of Nexity shares.
