(CercleFinance.com) – Nexity announces the sale of 100% of its development activities in Poland to Develia, a Polish developer.
This disposal relates to an amount of 100 million euros. It is part of the schedule announced by Nexity in February 2023 during its annual results and will contribute to the Group’s debt reduction.
The agreement will be finalized upon obtaining the consent of the President of the UOKIK (Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers).
